Fire Safety for Individuals with Reduced Mobility Living at Home

The study La sécurité en cas d'incendie pour les personnes à mobilité réduite vivant en milieu résidentiel explains how to improve the safety of disabled individuals in homes, at little cost. The study pertains only to buildings with three or more floors and nine or more apartments. The document includes an easy-to-use tool to assess the ability of building residents to flee a building.
